I purchased 5 all terrain tyres from here. It turned out the tech damaged the valve stem and tyre pressure sensor on the first tyre changed after I dropped into Tyrepower Katherine to check it out. They replaced the stem without charging me, and Tyrepower WA (Steve) later organised to refund me the cost of the stem and sensor. Really impressed with this franchise, and how all the moving parts worked together to sort out the issue independent of location.
